Unlock account and cominication with support

As i see here are some GGG moderators so i have a chance to be heard.

My Account was locked a week ago, i have submitted few emails to support. Yesterday I got a response for last one with the text :

"Hi there,

Thank you for the message. We may be able to help with this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name and the names of a few of your characters?

Thank you again."

I submitted the answer and provide requested information but did not get anything in response. It's 24h or more when you read this after the last responce.

Please if you can, help me to get unlocked.

You’ll just have to wait another week. I’ve given up expecting a timely response from the support team. I’ve already waited 7 days.
You'll be waiting a few weeks, if not longer. Do NOT send another email or you'll be sent to the bottom of the stack and have to wait even longer as a result.
