Your account does not have access
Hi,
I've searched the forums and can't see anything exactly the same or possible solutions and so posting this in the hope someone knows the issue. I purchased 2 keys, for myself and my son from Gamivo. We linked our steam accounts, received keys and redeemed them in steam. We have been playing for over 40 hours with no issues. Yesterday after logging out we found we could not log back in and both have the "your account does not have access...." I'm guessing there was some kind of patching or maintenance that has caused this and hope it will be resolved soon. I've mailed support and can imagine they are swamped and this post was more in the hope someone here had a solution. Last bumped on Dec 23, 2024, 8:31:48 AM

Can we have an update or even an acknowledgment that support have seen and are working to fix this issue!
