Any one got the email reply from the support teams?

I have emailed the support teams for 10 day, bucause I purchased the 100$ game pack and nothing comes into my account. However, there is nobody reply my email for last 10 days. I just wanna to know is there anyone recieved the email form the support teams? How long do you guys wait to recieve their reply? Or maybe this company just use "our support teams will contact you soon" as an excuse to not fix this problem?
