Critical Bug - Atlas Boss Passive Node (Organized Forces) Not working

Atlas Boss passive node, that causes maps with bosses to be irradiated does not work, it shows lvl 80 when you put in t15 map, when in fact it is level 79, and all items that drop are lvl 79, and it shows lvl 79 ingame.

holy fuck it is worse than this, even existing irradiated maps got screwed, I can no longer play ILVL 82 maps, because they now turned ILVL81, thank you GGG, literally spent a whole day yesterday setting up a ilvl 82 map, now I cannot even play it ;(X

Question did this boss passive node, screw my entire atlas mapping tree and I can no longer play level 82 maps (t16 + corrupted + irradiated).
Irradiated portion after passive does not give a level in game. |

The bugged passive name is Organized Forces, it is tier 4 in boss atlas node.

This node blocks all possible progress to lvl 82 maps. I literally cannot further play this game now.
