Account Name Import Fails Due to Privacy Settings Error in Path of Building (PoB)

I am trying to import my characters into a tool, but I keep encountering the error:

I had untick the privacy setting in my Account profile but it does not work too.

Here’s what I have already tried:

Ensured I entered my account name with the correct discriminator.
Verified I’m not entering a character name instead of the account name.
Adjusted my privacy settings and unchecked “Hide Characters” in my profile.
Despite this, the error persists. I also tried entering my POESESSID, but the issue remains unresolved.

Could this be a bug? If not, are there any other settings I might be missing?
