Ember Fusillade targeting not very polished

While all the other sorceress skills I've used so far seem very polished and clean while targeting, this skill very often is targeting the wrong direction while trying to charge it while moving away from the adds coming after you. Usually once you start targeting an ability it stays targeted on the creatures that are after you and it looks and flows well. But this skill doesn't and often it even fires the wrong way away from the enemies and gets wasted.
