Demon Form Second Wind making Demon form to not Cooldown

If you have second wind socketed on Demon Form, it will have 2 charges, as soon as you used demon form, it will go on CD and once it hits 2 stacks again while inside Demon Form it will stop the CD. So once you go out of Demon form with 2 stacks, used Demon Form again, it will be 1 stacks but you will not see the spell going on CD. So after your 2nd Demon Form you basically cannot use Demon form anymore and have to resocket the second wind gem to start the cooldown again.

One year after this bug was found and it is still present. If I exit demon form which was used with 2 charges, then re-enter it before the second charge fully recovers, the cooldown stops progressing and stays stuck at its current recovery state.
