Weaponset-Skillpoints

I don`t get it.

I am testing:
Refund 1 Skillpoint.
Click on right upper corner on the arrow for "weapon set 1".
Text on screen says: "Allocating points for Weapon Set 1"

I spend my point, press confirm, click on the arrow for weapon set 2...

but the point is already used.
There should be a free one since I spent it for weapon set 1 only!?

Does that work for you guys ? What am I doing wrong ?

The UI does seem to be a bit confusing for Weapon Sets.

Haven't played EA, but from my understanding, allocating points to one Weapon Set will not require/consume "Unspent Skill Points" if it has fewer spent Weapon Set points than the other Weapon Set.
