Microtransactions problem

I'm having an issue with redeeming a Nexon game card to get early access, and have emailed support about it.

My question is has anyone dealt with emailing support in the past, and how long did it take for them to respond to you?

This is the 3rd day since I emailed them, so I wonder if they are experiencing a lot of microtransaction problems.

I finally got a reply 5 days ago, and am still waiting on them to figure this out. GGG support regarding microtransactions is terrible. It should be at the top of their queue considering it's always about money. It should be quite easy to figure out when your system fully redeemed a card but didn't award the coins. I supplied them with all kinds of screenshots of the situation. I gave them the game keys to contact customer support with the game card company and confirm they were redeemed by GGG. This whole situation makes me wish I never tried to purchase early access. I regret giving GGG money. It makes me want to bring the BBB into the conversation.

Anyone who wants to give GGG money should be aware of what happens when their system malfunctions: they don't seem to care all that much.
