error connecting to the game

I got this error when logging into the game. I restarted my computer but still can't enter the game. Please help me.

"error
could not overwrite executable with new patched excutable.please make sure that pathofexile.exe or pathofexile.tmp are not still running.If necessary, you may need to reboot your computer."
