Beating heart low health noise stuck on

Im currently in the aggorat and as i was reaching low health and the heart beat noise started playing it cut all other noise and only was playing the beating heart effect this all happened while the head hancho was doing his speech. I also went back to character creation and the noise still wouldn't go away had to completely restart game
