Poe2 Twinned Bosses not Dropping Loot when Killed Simultaneously [Playstation]

Hello,

On two separate occasions I’ve killed twin boss encounters simultaneously (within the same half second or closer), and no loot has dropped on both occasions. The first was on the second floor of sanctums (trial of the sekhemas) end boss fight. The second occurred with the skeletal mammoth + necromancer fight in endgame maps.

I’m using poison dots if that matters.
