Stuck in Ziggurat Encampment

I am currently stuck in the Ziggurat Encampment. I cannot go out any of the direct areas (IE The Drowned City, Jungle Ruins or Sandswept Marsh) nor can I port to my Hideout or any of the other portal spots.

Please Advise
