Reporting my bugged character, getting spirit from a scepter in my offhand.

Hey GGG just wanted to update you on a bug apparently, I had no idea I'm new to Poe2
I have a scepter in my right 1 weapon slot and 2 right weapon slot and I'm apparently getting spirit bonus from both. Just wanted to bring it to your attention, I definitely didn't do anything against your rules or code of conduct. All my friends pointed it out to me and after some net and reddit research no one fan figure out why or how I'm doing this. So like I said just wanted to do the right thing and bring it to your attention. Thank you for the awesome game. I friggin love it. You guys are the best! Keep up the amazing work all. Honestly it would make for a simple minion buff without going too crazy. Give it some thought please
