Major lag spikes

After the new patch (12/17) I'm experiencing major lag spikes, ranging from 30 to 600+ every second or so. My roommate on the same network is not having this issue, and I've changed servers without it helping at all. Anyone else having this problem?

same, changed ISP issue remains. waht is going on? unplayable lag for me
