Having issue with spirit

After today's patch, I noticed my Elemental Invocation buff was not showing up, so I checked my skills. I noticed I was not using any spirit so I went to turn toggle the aura on and it reads it is on. I turned it off and back on and it is not using any spirit it only needs 60 and I am at 102 spirit. Is it effecting anyone else?
