Were Chaos Damage over Time Spells actually buffed on this patch?

I ask because my chaos caster monk, I swear has the same exact tooltip damage and dps pre patch, at level 50ish?
Can anyone else confirm? "Increased the damage growth per level on Essence Drain, Contagion, Profane Ritual and Chaos Bolt (Wand Skill). Results in approximately 33% more damage at Gem Level 25." I am def not seeing this You know it takes to farm? It takes BRASS BALLS to farm items and currency. Go and do likewise gents. Currency is out there. You pick it up, it's yours. If you're level 50, then your skill gems are not level 25 so you wouldn't see that 33% increase..
