Unearth Skill not working

After patch, Unearth is not creating bone constructs out of corpses.

Confirm, Unearth is no longer creating Bone Constructs for me either

It’s very inconsistent for me post-patch. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

This is happening specifically on elevated areas and maps such the map Mire you can’t summon. And in crypt when going up stairs
