Impact shockwave support does not work with Siphoning strike

although siphoning strike meets all conditions and is a melee strike skill,and impact shockwave is able to be socketed into siphoning strike despite not working

Bump for visibility. Just noticed this myself, which is a bit annoying since siphoning strike has such a high stun multiplier on it, so it should be a good fit.
