Ascendency Aura's not costing spirit exploit/bug

Issue: All support gems that generally would increase the spirit cost of an aura do not when the aura is a 'free' ascendancy given one such as the "Into the Breach" given by Monk / Acolyte of Chayula.

Verified support gems were working with Clarity, Vitality, and Precision by adding / removing them and viewing changes on character sheet. All three were in effect even as the "Into The Breach" aura was marked with "Not enough Spirit"
