Missing guild point

I used 300 points to buy the guild point in POE2 shop however my point was used but the guild poiny did not send to the account. I would very appreciate it if can give back my point and find the problem.

OP, I believe it's best to send an email directly to support. Apparently support (due to the recent holiday and overwhelming emails) are backlogged a bit. I noticed a few times support mentions this in the forums.
Contact them directly via email and be patient. I've had issues in the past and they take care of it eventually. |

Points donated by Guild members are not automatically accepted by the Guild, the Guild leader will need to accept or reject the point donation on our website here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/poe2/guild-transactions
Please note that when a Guild leader donates points they will be accepted automatically, however, if anyone else donates then the Guild leader will need to manually accept the donation from our website. If a point donation is not accepted within a few days, it will be automatically rejected and the points will be returned to the donator's account.
