Better Inventory space and loot

This is my first time playing Path Of Exile 2 but I noticed that the inventory is kinda annoying having to go back and forth through a portal due to not having enough space, I like how Diablo 4 did they’re inventory a lot more. I shouldn’t have to prioritize certain items or to make multiple trips and stuff. Also I been playing with a friend of my I noticed we don’t get our own loot but it comes to first come first serve who gets better loot. Would like to have my own separate loot from other players, cause we share gold so why not have do the same for the loot as well??

That's the way PoE has always been it's about knowledge and priority, It can be frustrating when you're new but the more you play and get used to it you'll know exactly what to do. They want you to leave things behind if you don't invest time into the knowledge of items. And it changes constantly. Thousands of people leave very valuable items behind constantly because they're overwhelmed or find it annoying to check.
That's the game in it's essence, knowledge is time and with time the game will be more chill.

It's great to see all the drops the party gets. But if you want others to keep their hands off your items, you can activate "permanent allocation" in the party options.
