Most of POE 1 MTX are unavailable in POE 2

Hi there GGG and fellow exiles,

I’m quite baffled as to why most of my POE 1 MTX are unusable in POE 2.
It shows on the MTX tab/screen but just grayed out with the word Unavailable.
I understand if it’s a skill gem MTX since POE 2 gems are totally different.
But for back attachments/wing, and body armours to be unavailable as well?
It contradicts to what GGG promised. I know this problem does not apply to other players
since I saw Mathil on Twitch playing POE 2 with all of his MTX being available.

I hope GGG can look into this and help players who are facing the same problems like me.
