Sustaining Waystones?

Does anyone else feel like its hard to sustain waystones? Even with tablets, atlas spec'ing, and boosting the waystones, I rarely find any. I recently hit completed my T15 quest and ever since then I havent found any T13,14,15's. I've been using the T11's that ive stashed away and even those are running out lol. Anyone else?

nah, endgame is way too accessible even in ssf without the wheel chair trade carry option.
