Speak to Alva to find out what happened.....

I have finished Act 3 on Cruel, I have unlocked the Zigurat Refuge (past) and I can do maps.

If I zone into any area, I get this text as a "quest to do" and yet every instance of Alva i can find and choosing all the options available, I can't pick one to discuss anything about "what happened"

What am I missing ?

This is still an issue. Redid the Sunpriest map again, but nothing changed. So annoying.
