massive cpu spike on graph (7ms to 100+ms) when drinking health or mana resulting is fps drop

when i drink any pot mana or health my cpu ms in game spikes to 100+ resulting in a stutter.
otherwise the game runs smooth af, also i only started having this problem today tried everything to fix it cant find a solution.
its not unplayable but it sure is annoying when i have to spam healing or mana

Yes and loading an area causes huge cpu spike and will crash the pc.
