Help request with arc mines inquisitor

Hey guys! Despite i'm not a new player, i've never attempted to create my own build. So i'm asking for advises in creating a playable thing

Main points of this build was:
- Arc (i'm addicted to chain lightning)
- Mines, because i think its more damage than self cast
- Not being completelly squishy, so i wont die too often and can level it to lvl 100
- Regen, for stable sustainable boss and tough rares fights so i dont rely on
life flask so havilly

It follows from the last point that inquisitor ascendancy suits me kinda well, but its also discussable

Budget is reasonably limited (few hundred divines i think besides Mageblood)

Most of equipment are plaseholders i gues because i'm sure that i missing a lot of cool stuff to improve damage and survivability

Also looking for a way to improve mine throwing speed to ~0.25s
