Early Access Coins from Steam EA not linking to steam account

Had a PoE1 acc that wasn't used from years ago, bought PoE2 EA and was asked to link my steam account to access the EA. Did so, but the 300 coins from my purchase we're linked to my original POE 1 acc.
Can I just get the coins transferred to this acc (PirateNinjaMusic#4567) instead of the old PirateNinja77#5237 acc?
