Is support@grindinggear.com still manned?

I've sent emails to the listed support contact about a microtransaction error since the 8th. I have yet to hear any response at all. I've been checking my junk/spam folders and on site messages daily for any word.

Is there a better way to contact support? I understand with early access there's a back log of support messages, but I figured a week was long enough to at least get a reply.

I'm going on 5 days without a reply so I'm not sure. I know they are backlogged but any kind of reply would be nice. Even a blanket statement on their social media or something.
i'm waiting for 14 days now. no reply, its laughable. as if nobody in this team has ever seen a high profile game (early access) launch.
This is rediculous that there is not even an automated message to show that the ticket has been received.
We need a update on customer support are they even processing emails? will there be compensation? Since we could not login to get stash tabs that were on sale.
Well, they going on holidays now, so expect an answer sometime next year
Still can't trade Unique items even after reaching lvl 25 and having email verified...HELP!!!!!

I hope not. Sure they need a break and it's the holidays.
But at least the need to work on support. Otherwise emails will just pile up until the server crashes again. And zillian people paying for a early access and can't play for a month is surreal...
