Hey POE stuff! Let me in or return my money!

Just everything I wanted to say. Now it is 12/17 and I still trying to get in the game! Let me in of return my money!
I sent all the purchase confirmations to you by email.

"Hey Poe Staff. I understand that you have alot to do, but this is starting to get ridiculous.

I Bought POE2 Via Steam on the 6th. Could login at first because of the overwhelming amount of people trying to play at launch. Thats fine.

Later when trying i was getting the "No Early Access" message when trying.

1. I have linked my Steam ID to my POE account.
2. i have tried refunding my purchase via steam, i cant because i spent more then 2 hours trying to login, meaning i cant be refunded.
3. I have tried using the POE direct client ( bypassing Steam) didnt work.
4. i have sent 1 Email to Support per day. so far no response.

it is now 4, almost 5 days later and i cant play and i cant get my money back. Seriously. Shouldnt this have THE highest prio? even more so then fixing bugs?
Like you pay for something and you cant use it at all..

Please, Please Help."

rest assured. rest how long? like I paid 160 for support pack and got randomly banned, rest assured isnt good enough
