Poe1 and Poe2 discconecting PC network

Its been 5 days these discconet happens, my entire network just turn off on my pc, always happens when i login on poe1 or poe2, sometimes i can play for 5-15min straight, this never happens with other games, only poe1 and poe2.
I need restart the network adapter on windows when this happens.
I can play without problems on my laptop(win11)

B550-f rog strix
R5 5600x(stock)
RTX4070
16gb(stock)
Power supply 750w
SSD m.2 NVMe
win11 Pro


Things i tried to fix but no succes:
Bios update
Reset windows
Turn off firewall
Turn off ipv6
Change DNS multiple times
Tried play on GGG launcher and steam
Tried different internet
Tried on wifi and ethernet cable(tried change cable and modem ports, 2.4 and 5ghz on wifi)
Tried multiple commands on CMD(flush dns include)
Tried exitlag
Tried different realm
Update windows
