PoE 2 Early Access must be purchased ($30 pack from the trade shop). Friends with excess keys can gift you extras, and free access was given for everyone who has spent $480 USD in lifetime purchases or bought any max-tier supporter pack. You can check out if your account has PoE 2 Early Access unlocked by checking out your account information. If you have it unlocked but can't log into the game, make sure you are logging in on PoE 2 with the correct account. If you are still having issues, email support@grinddingear.com. They are backed up, and it will probably take a while before they get to you. Only send 1 email because additional emails will reset your position in queue.
