Can't find citadels
|
Im done with atlas quests, did over 250-300 waystones in different directions, trying to prioritize watch towers to increase distance and i haven't found single citadel. Im not sure if its inteended or somehow bugged.

I can't find either. I do 50+ maps every day since release and I am tired. I am min maxing my routes to clear more fog but I am hopeless.
