I sent a refund request email to support@grindinggear.com on December 12th, but I haven't received any response yet.
Even considering the weekend, this seems excessive.
My patience is wearing thin. Is it normal for responses to be this slow?

Ah... this is really annoying and frustrating..
Yup people have been waiting weeks/month. I do not think they were prepared on the number of people that were going to play EA
