Rageforged doesn't work with trigger skills

Not sure if this is a bug or if i'm just misunderstanding it but rageforged doesn't work with any trigger skills even though the description states "any damaging skill that you use or trigger yourself."

Will confirm, was attempting to run this with Detonate Dead on a trigger. Doesn't take the Rage, nor apply the damage bonus.

Rageforged as a support to Charged Staff updates the tooltip to say that the shockwaves would gain 35% more damage on consuming rage, but neither the Charged Staff spell or the shockwaves consume the rage to provide more damage. Weird thing is that it can be inserted as a support gem to Charged Staff.
