Anyone got support email reply?

There is even no auto reply like "thank you for contacting us, ​we may be able to look into this for you."

Saw many account got banned, and i believe it can not be unbanned through this website chat board. As mine was banned, feel so despair about this.

No!My account was inexplicably banned, and I haven't been able to play the game for 7 days.

This looks like a guide on how to disintegrate your support. Just run the second game release with support which is not ready to handle issues for 2 games & some tech staff like bans.
Then you get tons of requests every millisecond and that all, your support is dead
