No 300 coins after buying EA, GGG Ghosting me

Hi

I bought the EA supporter pack on Steam before the release. I got access to the game but never received my 300 coins. You guys can clearly see in my profile that I have 0 coins and did 0 microtransactions. I can send you whatever proof you want that I bought the game on Steam (already did trough email).

I messaged the GGG support about it 5 days ago and got no response, I missed the stash tab sales because of this.

Can anybody help me with this please ?
