Cast on Freeze only works with certain spells?

I just got cast on freeze.
1. If I slot Firewall and the lightning orb, both spells are cast. 2. But if I slot Arc and Spark, neither seems to cast. Do only certain spells work with Cast on Freeze? Last bumped on Dec 17, 2024, 9:26:06 PM
