Week or so without a support response?

I haven't even had a generic email reply to say this is in hand, etc. I've raised questions about my 300 coins on a new account being transferred to my main account but haven't had a reply. Terrible service really ... Can anyone from support pick this up please.

Your issue is so low priority compared to others who are literally locked out and cannot access the game, your 300 coins can wait. I would pay them 100bucks to reply my email lmfao
