Bug, bad luck or level? Uncut skill gems don't drop for clvl

Hello guys,
I'm playing on 71 lvl at maps 1-3 tier. I'm stuck with 14 level gems, at my level it should be 16 level already but all I drop is 14. Is this related to area level also not only character level? Last bumped on Dec 17, 2024, 4:40:24 AM
