Current Wait times for support emails?

G'day,

I'm just curious on how long the wait times are for email replies?
I've sent 2 emails and haven't heard anything back yet - and I haven't received any form of automated response.

If there is an influx of email - I understand entirely, but I would just love some confirmation if my email are getting through to support as I'd like to make a large purchase.

The emails should be coming from the one linked to my account here.
