Weird question. (Coding related)

Hello!

So recently I've really gotten into programming for my twitch streams using streamer bot. One of the things I've been trying to do is auto update my stream title with my Characters level, class and name.

I found the info I need in the \Steam\steamapps\common\Path of Exile 2\logs\Client.txt but my issue is 1) this doesn't give me the info when I start/jump into the game and 2) there's a lot of other data in the way.

The weird question:
Does anyone know of a way to more cleanly grab my characters basic info? If not will there ever be a way for me to grab it later? (to be clear; I'm looking purely to read data not write and only very basic info like Name, level, class)

If there's nothing official, is there a TOS friendly workaround? I'd like to avoid trying to read memory as I don't know how OK that is TOS wise and I'm also not quite there in the knowledge, though given the OK by the company I wouldn't mind learning.

I know POE 1 at some point had a twitch armory extension but I'm looking for something different then that
