Jiquani Treasure Room Bug

The treasure room in Jiquani's Machinarium cannot be open a second time despite having quest item "Small Soul Core" - the altar to insert core is not interactable.

After I looted the treasure room once i went back to town, took care some irl stuff then when i get back portal disappeared and i had to rerun Jiquani's Machinarium again. No big deal.

However, after I run around and finds the treasure room again with quest item "Small Soul Core" x2 in my inventory - I find the altar that I inserted a core with on the previous 1st run now does not have the option to insert a core, hence the treasure room cannot be open.

I highly doubt that treasure room is intended to only be looted once - it's like all previous hidden off area - should be able to revisit many times as a player wish to.

I am also having this bug. It is inaccessible and the Altar does not accept soul core.

Please keep this alive. In solo still bugged. I opened it when in party but not in solo!!!!!!!
