Item disappeared

Hi, I was using the currency stash to upgrade an item and when I closed it the item disappeared. Is it possible for me to recover an item back? I was playing and working on an item and it disappeared. I sent a picture to my friends while I was finishing it. It happened around 8:10 PM EST

Items are not restored for any reason per GGG policy. Check all of your stash tabs in case it is one of them inadvertently. Did you missclick and accidentally destroy it?

The same thing happened with me. I was playing with my friends, I picked up a divine orb and had 15 exalted orbs in my inventory. After a few mins when I wanted to trade this was missing from my inventory. Both the divine orbs and the exalted orbs were not there. This happened around 6:50 IST

I check all the tabs and the vendor buybacks. Please check the inventory log and help me. Respectfully

i just logged back in after a break feom the game when i logged out all my items were there when i logged back in they were all gone no items at all.....

I only know of 1 time GGG has ever restored items. If I recall correctly, at the start of a league years ago maps from the former league were deleted when using the automatic conversion feature. GGG caught this within a couple hours, locked the feature, and promised to restore all deleted maps in time.

Otherwise, GGG will not restore deleted or lost items. PoE 2 is beta, and you are playing with the express purpose of finding bugs and balance inadequacies. If you think you found a bug, report it so GGG can identify the cause and fix it, not so that you get anything restored.
