被无故封锁失去资格~

无故登录异常2天了，昨天发过邮寄解封，还是没有解决，也没有得到回应！我是否应该继续等待，这样的结果很失望，你们就是这样对待喜欢你们游戏的玩家吗？如果不能解决也请告知我们，好让我们放弃，告诉还在游戏的朋友，后面只能他们孤军奋战了
