POE 2 Characters not showing on website (Unable to trade or claim drops)

My POE and Steam accounts are correctly linked and my abcel account shows that i have purchased early access but it will only show my POE 1 characters. I have checked and my POE 2 characters are on the correct account. Because of this im unable to trade as the site thinks i am permanently offline and my twitch drops are all expired due to the game never thinking i got on to claim them.
