Purchase made due to a bug
Hello: I have been trying for several days to return a product that was purchased due to an error on the website, since at the time of making the purchase, two were made.
GGG has redirected me to Xsolla and they are sending me back to you. I don't know what else to do. In the end I had to use one of the two purchases because I wanted to play, but I want to return the other one since it doesn't make sense to have two.
