No Access to Old Email, Support Not Responding

I purchased the $100 POE2 EA and when I tried to log in on launch day it asked me to verify my email. I don't have access to the email anymore and asked support to change the email on the account to my current one. It has been a week and support has not replied. Considering doing a chargeback. Very frustrating as an original POE beta player. Are there any other options?

This is becoming a joke. Every time I email support they respond within 30m asking for more information and then don't respond again. I have not had access to my account for 12 days now. POE has basically stolen $100 from me. They do not ask for email verification when you make a purchase but do when you try to use your purchase. I am issuing a charge back and am done with this company.
I'm in the same boat.

I contacted support as my old PoE launcher account/the one on the forums is separate from the one I've actually played/made use of. The forum stats don't reflect anything I have/am in either game, nor am I able to access my preorder items like the extra key.

It's a bit frustrating. I would merge the accounts, but I've no clue what that does.
