Early Access has been removed from my account out of nowhere

Hello,

I was able to receive an early access code and redeem it to play Path of Exile 2. Then, about ten hours in to the game, the next time I logged in, the game said I did not have access to early access anymore and locked me out from playing. Then when I logged into this account, where I redeemed the key, it says that I don't have early access, implying that I never had it in the first place.

Please help me, I've already sent an email to support@grindinggear.com and know about the extended wait times, but I honestly just want to play the game right now and I am bummed that I was revoked access for no apparent reason.
