I can't buy anything from the shop with my points

I've bought early access to PoE2 so I gained 300 points and now I have 315 points. I would like to buy some stashes but when I click buy, I get a window with "buy points". Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on? I have enough points to buy, let's say, premium Quad stash tab for 120 points but I can't do it. I would like to buy some stashes before the promotions are gone. By the way... is it normal that when I log into my account on the Path of exile 2 website I have a balance of 0 coins? Well, unfortunately, due to this issue I missed out on promotions for stashes, so I'm waiting for the next ones because I don't want to waste points on something I don't need just to check if I can buy something or not.
I immediately reported the bug to GGG but have not received a response since then. |

I'm sorry to hear about this issue! You may have been able to make your microtransaction purchase using the in-game microtransaction shop as a workaround. If you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com about the issue then please be assured we will get back to you as soon as we are able to do so - we are currently handling a large number of support inquiries so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime.

I haven't tried to buy from in game shop but I have to wait for the new stash promotions to check it. I know you have a lot of PoE2 issues to fix so I understand you have much important things to do. I hope you'll fix it before the next stash tab sale.

There is a promotion again and I finally managed to buy these stashes but only from within the game.
